AG Cuomo calls out Yonkers SPCA "Officers"

AG Cuomo basically said these guys re-instated the Yonkers SPCA so they could carry badges and guns and they have never responded to a cruelty call in Yonkers. The City said they looked "shady" and Westchester SPCA said they handle all the calls in Yonkers. Even the city run Yonkers Animal Shelter didnt call them.

Surprisingly, this Sean Collins guy is the same guy running the New York State Peace Officers Benevolent Association (www.nyspoba.com) and they even hired former Greenburgh cop Erik Ward (dominatrix case) as a SPCA officer.

Sounds like a great scam. I wish I'd thought of it. 2 peace officers for Westchester vs 16 for Yonkers and they never get called.
