Units Operating: E-102 E-103 R-300 R-200 NC-2 LH-1 LH-3, TEMS, Nelson Amb, SPD

Weather Conditions: clear

Description Of Incident: car down for down embankment, 1 patient ejected, rope rigging system used to extricate patient up the side, 15 minutes to remove, ALS transport to hospital
