Will they be looking to replace this rig in the near future?? And if so will they get a new Tiller rig???

It has been looked into and from what i understand one is already spec'ed out however due to budget constraints and the costly repairs to the "old" ladder 31 a new truck doesnt appear to be anywhere in the near future.
