Time: 1440hrs

Location: 172-06 Douglas Ave

Description Of Incident: (3) Workers down in a manhole, approx. (18) feet deep with approx. (4) feet of contaminated water. Reading indicated a highly toxic air levels. All (3) DOA. S/C Haz Mat assignment for decon.
