Description Of Incident: Fire in a transformer vault. Command had a smoke condition on all floors of a 24 story OMD. The vault was located outside of the building in a power house. O/I/C also had elevated CO level in # 2 and 6 Horizon Road. Last unit cleared at 04:12 hrs.
