Description Of Incident: Reported Sailboat in Distress

1758hrs-60-Control dispatching Ossining Marine 14, Croton Marine 12 & Sleepy Hollow Marine 7 to respond, along with WCPD Marine Unit to above area for a reported sailboat in distress.

1802hrs-Croton M12 responding. 60-Control dispatching Tarrytown FD Marine-5 & a Battalion Coordinator.

1811hrs-WCPD HQ advising Marine-4 that the vessel in distress is a 28' sailboat, white in color, no other markings. Its sails are down, there are (4) females & (1) canine aboard, all wearing life vests. They are taking on a bit of water and have no working motor.

1828hrs-WCPD Marine-4 advising that they have the victims and they are towing the vessel into Tarrytown Marina.
