With the end of the Supreme Courts session for the first half of the year the ruling on the case should be out anyday now.The publicity this case has recieved has been great for the Firefighters/Fire officers who were denied promotions because of race. Some experts feel that the higher court will rule in favor of the NH20 but like anything else you won't know until the official word is out! Good luck NH20-you deserve your promotions!

I hope like HELL the court rules with the firemen. All you'll get with a ruling in favor of the city is decades of entitlement and a new thing to "blame".
