White Plains Ladder for sale

From The Journal News Legal Notices 06/19/09 "Sealed bids for the following ... Used/Surplus Aerial Ladder Fire Truck 6/26/09". With the new ALF L32 coming in, I would guess this is the 1985 LTI (old L32 before the current Ford/Smeal).
