BC57: At this time we have 2 lines stretched precautionary. Exposure 2 has been fully evacuated. Exposure 4 is being evacuated. Possibly 3 people unaccounted for.

At this time, Car 9, DAC Sudnik reports: all void searches have been completed. Utilities have been shut down by the Rescue Company. At this time companies are searching from the exterior. Incident is still Doubtful. Also have PD Supervisor report to the command post in the front of the building.

MCC1: At your 2nd Alarm/10-60 box 633, address 495 Myrtle Ave at Hall St, Collapse of a 4 story building 20x40, at this time, Car 9, DAC Sudnik reports: All occupants of the building have been accounted for. There were a total of 6 including the building owner. All void searches have been suspended. At this time we are awaiting a grappler to come remove parts of the building so we can do further void searches. All searches have been suspended due to the accountability of all occupants. By orders of Department of Buildings, Exposures 2, 2A, 2B, 2C, and exposure 4 are being evacuated, we will get back to you with the number evacuated, and Car 9 places this incident Probably Will Hold.

Car 9, DAC Sudnik reports: At this time we're going down to 1 engine, 1 truck, 1 TAC unit, and 1 Battalion. At this time we're awaiting Department of Buildings to assess damage to exposure 2. Also place this incident Under Control.
