U/A Heavy Fire showing in the rear of a 2 story private dwelling, Engine Co. 271 1st due, E273 Layed in from hydrant. Primary Searches negative on 1st and 2nd floor, 271 crew reported heavy fire condition on exterior walls on exposure 2 and 3, 2nd floor, and attic. 2 1/2 backup stretched to first floor, 1 3/4 stretched to exposure 3 to knock down exterior fire. Main body knocked down in approx 10-15mins, crews still cooling hot spots in attic. Mohegan FD crew requested to 2nd floor to assist w/ overhaul. Cause & Origin Investigating.
