DFFD227 Subcontracting???

I was looking at the pics from the Yonkers job yesterday and at the bottom it says "Photos by YPD459, A division of DFFD227" I just thought it looked pretty funny like that...what's behind it?

When DFFD227 is not available (like at school or work) , he contracts out his photographic work with his equipment to YPD459.
