Location: Riverdale Ave X Vark St. (Opposite Fire Station #3)

Units: YPD 3rd PCT, ESU; Empress, YFD

Description: Taxi drove through the wall and off the 3rd level of the parking garage, landing in the basketball court below, on it's roof. (1) Occupant pulled out of vehicle prior to arrival of units
