Yea i Guss some water got in the lines that was not coming out of the sides or the bottom haha oh well the kids dont need to put any thing in it to have a sprinkler hahahaha

Actually they got a 2nd source from Riverdale Av...they stretched across at Vark St...PD had to provide static posts to keep lines free from morons driving over them.

Given the volume of fire reported, the type construction etc, it looks like YFD did a great job. The building definitely looks rebuildable and none of the residents were hurt. I thank oilflame for posting his pix.

I live with my girlfriend a couple blocks from YFD Station 9 and I always get a kick out of seeing what they're up to. Both companies went on the second alarm. Nice pic of Eng 309.

I join with everyone else in wishing FF Ronan a speedy and full recovery.

Its a little late, but I heardabout this fire when it happened. But didn"t really realize what they had, only that one of the members got hurt. Hope he"s doing better. And thanks for the pictures.
