Time: 2200hrs

Location: Pacific Ocean, southwest of Coronado

Departments: Navy, Coast Guard, San Diego Harbor PD, US Customs, Mexican Navy

Description: Seahawk Helicopter with (5) onboard crashed after taking off from the USS Nimitz during a search and Rescue excercise. (3) crew members located DOA, (2) missing.
