Description Of Incident: Capsized vessel 4 persons in water

Mayday distress call transmitted over USCG 16 of vessel taking on water off of Croton Point Park (Teller's Point).

NY Waterways reports they have located vessel and have assited 4 persons on board water taxi, transporting to Haverstraw. Vessel is capsized and partially submerged. CFD Marine-12 escorting.

WCPD Marine-4 located capsized vessel off of Croton Point Park. Sea Tow summoned to salvage.

WCPD/RCSD responding to Haverstraw for follow up.

Four persons on board RMA to Haverstraw VAC. Transported to Ossining by NY Waterways, drop off.

WCPD Marine-4 conducting accident investigation.
