Units Operating: Engine's 10,2 103, Rescue 300, TEMS, TPD, State PD, FM 1, FM 3, medical examiner

Weather Conditions: clear

Description Of Incident: Car vs tree with entrapment. Units found driver partially ejected through windshield trapped, vehicle well involved in fire. DOA on scene
