Westchester Detectives Association helps pair service dog with paralyzed NYPD officer

The Westchester County Detective Association has donated $10,000 to help pair a service dog with Detective Terrence McGhee, a New York City police detective who suffered paralysis last July while working with the Joint Terrorism Task Force.
