Poughkeepsie Train vs Pedestrian 5/13/09

It appears from the picture that it's in the vicinity of Rivercrest Rd in the Town of Poughkeepsie (CP72). Also, while the picture isn't very good to know for sure, it appears the train in it is Amtrak (due to the curvature of the rail cars).

To complicate matters, unlike Sunday's incident, Metro North's Hudson line has Amtrak making regular runs.

Edit: It is indeed Amtrak 235 Northbound involved in the incident (confirmed from Metro North's radio chatter).
