On Wednesday, April 29, a press conference to mark FDNY Lieutenant Martin Fullham’s release from NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia and return to his home and family. Lieutenant Fullham was a career firefighter, with 27 years of service, and a September 11 responder at the World Trade Center site. Several weeks ago, he received lung transplant surgery
