Sleepy Hollow detective who tasered teen arrested on civil rights charges by FBI

WHITE PLAINS - A Sleepy Hollow detective was arrested last night by federal agents investigating brutality charges that he shocked a teenager with a stun gun and beat the father of a man who accused the officer of wooing his young daughter.
