1516hrs- Co's have smoke showing from the basement on the north side.

1517hrs- Car 2 transmitting 10-26 (Working Fire).

1525hrs- E-3 FAST. E-5 relocating.

1527hrs- Car 2 rpts fire in a basement of a 6-brick H-type OMD. (2) L/S, (1) in operation. Smoke condition on multiple floors.

1534hrs- Car 2 rpts fire is K/D, all co's still working.
