Weather Conditions: clear and warm (Red Flag warnings earlier this weekend)

Description Of Incident: Major brush fire on side of cliff from PIP overlook to Hudson River. Numerous calls to 911 in New York reporting fire across the river. Access a serious challenge due to terrain, steep hill.

One lane on PIP northbound closed for emergency vehicles.
