Great PPT. I would like to see this done with aluminum/steel truss construction as well. Although not very scientific it shows you what garbage this stuff is. Although we all know people do not build houses worried about their characteristics when they burn!

Good PPT they should start making TGI`s with 2x3`s and 1/2 in. plywood instead of OSB plywood would probly last longer and it could suport more than OSB
