Description Of Incident: First call for a MVA with fluid spill on 9A. Second call 11 Hayes St container fire underneath 287 bridge next to DPW garage(2 containers on fire exposure to bridge, possibly cuasing traffic issues on 287. Third call came in while they were wraping up from the 2nd one, MVA on 287 westbound on bridge.
