Description Of Incident: pick up truck attempting to cross Metro North train tracks at a private crossing struck a northbound Metro North Train with approx. 50

people on board

Additional: Pick up with 3 occupants struck the leading engine of the train, which was approaching the Patterson train station.. The occupants then fled the vehicle. One returned to the scene, one was found at his residence, and the third was still being looked for by MTA PD. No known injuries to passengers and crew of the train.
