Although I think Priority Mail is a great value, this doesn't suprise me. Especially as of late, seems like a lot of my magazines and mail are coming later and later, if at all.

Great story Seth and it doesn't surprise me either. The only thing that seems to get to my mailbox on time anymore is bills. My property tax bill for this year has yet to show up; I had to get a copy from Town Hall.

The only thing that surprises me... that the USPS delivered it at all as it had insufficient postage.
