Hillcrest (Rockland) Working Fire 03/13/09

A few photos from this evenings fire in Hillcrest at 59 South Mountain Road. Long winding road with no hydrants. Multi Million Dollar homes all over the place up long driveways well off the roadway. Water shuttled from South Mountain Road & Little Tor Road to the scene. Mutual Aid from New City, Thiells, Spring Valley [F.A.S.T.] & Stony Point to the scene.

The house isn't that odd, we have a lot of them in our district. Mostly in the Quaker Bridge area which, ironically, also lacks hydrants and is very secluded.
