1740hrs-44-Control advising reported working fire at above location. While en-route 6-1 requesting 9-Tanker (New City FD) & 26-1501 (Thiells FD) m/a to the scene.

1741hrs-Unit reporting heavy black smoke from a distance.

1742hrs-6-12 o/s establishing command reporting Signal-12/working structure fire. Spring Valley (Dept. 17) requested to the scene w/17-FASTeam.

1744hrs-As per 6-Command, 2-story dwelling, all occupants out & accounted for. Command advising 50% involvement.

1750hrs-44-Control advising 6-Command that EMS is en-route. Also requesting to go to an alternate channel.

1755hrs-44-Control paging all Depts. operating at 59 South Mountain Rd; Operations to switch to Frequency-3.

1758hrs-44-Control dispatching Dept's 7 & 18; Request for (1) engine from Dept. 7 (Monsey FD) to re-locate to 6-100 & (1) engine from Dept. 18 (Stony Point FD) to re-locate to 6-101.
