It's nothing more than a marketing gimmick to get you to purchase Shell branded gasoline, which is on average about a nickel per gallon more expensive than the rest of the brands. The long and short of it is that gasoline is gasoline, and anything with extra "additives" might actually do more harm to your engine than good.
