I heard it was extremely difficult to get put on in Putnam...

I'm a little confused. If I took the Westchester T&V exam on 11/15/08, can I take this test and get on the Putnam list? Also, if they did a test and are establishing a list from the 11/15 exam, why are they giving it again?

I don't belive Putnam gave a test in November, they will establish a list from this test
