EMTBravo.net, the online community for NYC's Northern Suburbs, has over 15 staff members that manage the site from day to day. Our staff our expected to be fair, respectful, and have strong language and grammar skills. Our staff is generally handpicked by me.

We are currently recruiting for an "Event Calendar Specialist" to manage our Events Calendar, as well as our new RSVP, and Venues systems. This position would entail finding and entering events into our RSVP/Calendar system, and adding venues to our venue system.

This is a rare open recruitment oppurtunity, and an entry-level chance to join the EMTBravo.net team. There is potential for future growth with this position.

EVENTS SPECIALIST

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES:

-Learn our RSVP, Calendar, and Venue system thoroughly

-Check site often, at least once a day

- Find out about events and details, and enter them into our RSVP/Calendar system

-Enter venues as related to events in our Venue system

-Report to VP Of Events

REQUIRMENTS:

-18+

-100+ Posts

-Active Member 6+ months

-Strong knowledge of forum software

-Strong language, spelling, and grammar skills

-Ability to find out events from a wide variety of sources

-Check forum once daily or more

-Respond to members questions about events system and assist as needed

-Strong desire to make this new system successful- the keys will be in your hands

-Check in on the EMTravo Staff Workgroup as often as possible

-Support Moderators and other staff as needed.

-Desire to make this site even better!
