HT1000 Speaker Mic

I have one. When you push to talk, there is no "click", or resistance on the button. I fear this could lead to accidental key ups and open mics, particularly on a fireground.

I had one before and it has a crisp, obvious click when you pushed to talk.

Question - is there something inside the button that can be fixed/checked/replaced to get that crispness back?

Hey dan I tried calling you, if thats the mic that I sold with the HT1000 thats a brand new mic, and I know there are issues with the HT1000 mic buttons.
