Visiting NY

Hello!

My name is Michael Dolega, i live in germany. From the 28th to the 30th january i stay in New York.

At home i work at the Fire Department of Marl www.fw-marl.de

If i am in NY i want to visit a firehouse, if somebody is interested in an german fire-sirene of our fire-engines let me know. I carry one item of it with me. It is a little 24V Compressor with four screaming horns.

It is very loud!

If somebody is here who wants to change it against an NY fire helmet, just mail me.

I will bring also a german fire helmet. I think a german fire-sirene sounds great on your fire-engine!

You may want to look at this website, it has the street addresses of firehouses throughout New York City, including Manhattan, where you are staying. You may want to find a firehouse near your hotel & go visit it. The firefighters are usually really nice & if they know you are a firefighter from Germany, they may give you a tour of their firehouse. They may also have shirts & patches for sale. Good luck & have fun in New York, its a great City!
