SPY SHOTS - New Fairfield Company A Tanker 5 AND Engine 6

Some of the guys from Company A are out in Appleton, WI at Pierce doing the inspection of the 2 new Company A Rigs and the pictures have been posted on the NFVFD website. Tanker 5 is a 3000 gallon tanker replacing a 30 year old unit, Engine 6 is 1000? gallon engine replacing a 20 year old one.

The tanker looks great. Just 1 question - are there side dumeps on this rig. I didn't see any unless they are where it says 911.

the trucks should be delivered in a few weeks they need to go to firematic first. the dumps on the tanker are under the 911 stickers and i have no clue why no chevrons on back on engine?!? ill have to ask those guys when they get back if there not back yet

The answer I got regarding Chevrons on the engine is that A. its was purchased in 2008, so it doesn't need to meet the 2009 standard. and B. they didn't have the money to add the option on E6. Whether or not either of those are true is for someone else to determine. Thats just the answers I got.
