Description Of Incident: Delivery van jumped curb striking group of preschool children on sidewalk. One DOA at scene, one DOA at hospital, several others injured (one critically). Unclear if driver was in vehicle at time of accident or left vehicle in reverse upon exiting. Driver taken to 5th PCT, alcohol test negative, no charges filed ATT. Investigation ongoing.
