Description Of Incident: fire in a hospital with heavy smoke condition throughout the building

Car 10: At 2nd alarm box 1273, fire is still Doubtful, we have the fire knocked down at this time, searches are in progress, we are ventilating and checking the rooms, we have a smoke condition throughout the complex, have the 2 special called trucks into the command post. FC: By orders of Car 10, special call 2 additional trucks to box 1273, and have them report directly to the command post.

FC: Progress report for 3rd alarm box 1273, Car 10 reports: fire has been extinguished, we have a medium smoke condition on the 3rd-12th floors, searches are underway. Companies are opening windows and ventilating using positive pressure. We evacuated horizontally to the Annenburg building, and this incident is Probably Will Hold.

FC: Progress report for 3rd alarm box 1273, Car 10 reports: primary searches on the numbers 3 through 11 floors are complete and negative, secondaries are in progress, fire is still Probably Will Hold.

Units in the process of escorting doctors back in to resume operations, fire is Under Control.
