Description Of Incident: Fire 2nd and 3rd floors of an OMD with extension to exposures and water problems.

0948hrs- 10-75 for fire in a 3-brick 20X40 OMD.

1st Alarm: E-62, 38, 63, 66; L-32, 51, 39FAST; B-15, B-27; R-3, Sq-61

0951hrs- B-15 transmitting 2nd Alarm and S/C (1) Tower Ladder. Exposures #2 and #4 are attached.

2nd Alarm: E-79, 90, 48, 88, 72/S-2; L-61, 37; B-20 (Safety), 19 (RUL), TAC #1

S/C: TL-41

0953hrs- B-15 transmitting 10-70 for water relay due to frozen hydrants.

0955hrs- Div. 7 rpts no water on the fire as of yet due to frozen hydrants. Req. E-72/S-2 to find a hydrant on Paulding Ave and set up the manifold in front of the building. Fire on the 2nd floor with extension to the 3rd floor. S/C extra B/C for Water Resource Officer.

S/C: B-18

1008hrs- Car 10 rpts co's waiting for water. S-2 has water supply and is in process of charging the manifold. D/W/H.

1012hrs- Car 10 rpts fire into Exposure #4. Tower Ladder has K/D the heavy fire. (3) lines going into operation. Searches delayed.

1015hrs- Car 10 transmitting 3rd Alarm. Staging will be Paulding Ave X E. 211st St. Fire is on all floors of the original fire building. Heavy fire now in Exposure 4 with extension into Exposure 4A. (5) L/S/O.

3rd Alarm: E-75, 52, 47; L-38, 42; B-3, 26 (Staging), 58 (Air Recon)

1019hrs- Car 10 S/C (2) Trucks.

S/C: L-46, 52

1024hrs- Car 10 rpts fire in original fire building is K/D. (2) L/S/O in Exposure #4.

1026hrs- Saefty B/C, Rescue B/C, MSU #1, Field Com. all released from Brooklyn and responding.

1032hrs- Car 10 rpts still fire on 2nd and 3rd floors and cockloft of original fire building. Fire on 2nd, 3rd floors and cockloft of Exposure #4.

1040hrs- Car 10 S/C (2) extra Trucks.

S/C: L-56, 33

1053hrs- Car 10 rpts all fire is K/D. Extensive overhaul. No extension to Exposure 4A.

1100hrs- Car 10 rpts P/W/H.

1120hrs- Car 10 rpts fire U/C. Transmitting 4th Alarm for relief.

4th Alarm: E-73, 45, 81, 94; L-19, 42

1200hrs- Div. 7 transmitting 5th Alarm for relief.

5th Alarm: E-64, 89, 82, 71; L-31, 29; B-49, 17

1300hrs- Div. 7 S/C extra Engine and Truck.
