Originally called as drag racing by WCPD unit northbound HRP at Sanford Blvd. Air 2 picked up vehicle at HRP/CCP. Followed through New Rochelle back onto HRP S/B.

0038 Pelham Manor PD now joining the pursuit east bound Pelham Parkway off I-95.

0041 suspect bailed from the vehicle and fled into a building, NYPD 45 PCT enroute, WCPD Air 2 keeping the perimeter, units reporting now Crosby avenue and Baisley Ave in the Bronx.

0100 WCPD K9 bloodhound starting track from vehicle.

0107 suspect in custody by WCPD and NYPD
