Description Of Incident: Male involved in an MVA on Warburton Ave in a stolen NYC cab fled scene. Vehicle impounded and towed to 4th PCT. Upon further investigation, suspicious materials were found in the cab. Vehicle cleared and processed. Surrounding properties, including 4th PCT and Station 9, evacuated.
