1645- Initial Dispatch 39-12,52 and 71 respond Priority 3 multi vehicle accident TSP NB just North of Miller Hill Road.

1646-39-11,71 responding

1648 DC911 to 71 we are recieving calls on another accident in the area w/ unconcious person

1648-39-71,11 rerouting to 2nd call

1649-39-72 dispatched to respond to 1st accident and Mobile Life under mutual aid respond to priority one MVA in area of first call. CPR in progress on scene.

1650 All units be advised acces to area is difficult.

1651- 39-21 dispatched to access TSP via Miller Hill Road Northbound also 39-72 go on standby at TSP and I84

1658-39-72 staged.

1700 Kent Ambulance on scene with serious MVA w/ Mobile Life

1701 Per 39-52 first accident property damage only no injuries

1706- Kent Ambulance and Mobile Life en route to Putnam Hospital Code 99 CPR in progress.

1730- All EF units back in service
