Topics Disappearing

I noticed after my post last night this topic seemed to disappear, is their a reason why?

Sometimes when site staff perform forum "housekeeping" tasks, topics will be offline for the duration.

I noticed after my post last night this topic seemed to disappear, is their a reason why?

In addition to Jack's comment, sometimes topics may be moved because a member posted in the wrong forum, or the member forgets where they posted the topic and ASSUMES that the topic was deleted.

In some cases, we also change topic titles to make them more descriptive of the topic.
