The 2093 suburban in the last picture is the former 2092. I am under the assumption that when the chiefs change that 2091 and 2092 will swap numbers, and 2093 will stay as 2093, since it is the oldest chief vehicle.

Yea so 2093 will stay as it is the only thing that will change is the 2091 now will become 2092 and then 2092 will become 2091 these changes will happen in April with the changing of officers. It made no sense to give 2091 a new car for a few months so it went to 2092 so he can adjust to it as he will have it the next 2 1/2 years.
