New Diversion Procedures?

I heard that the county was planning on revamping the diversion procedures. No more than 4 hospitals could be on diversion at one time and no two hospitals that lay next to each other could be on diversion at the same time. (i.e. Phelps and Dobbs Ferry) I also heard that someone from the county has to go to the hospital and approve it to go on diversion.

Does anyone know any details on this?

Yes...the WCDES Commissioner put that info out to the EMS Chiefs, Captains and Training Officers last Saturday at MCI training at Valhalla.
