Thieves Steal Omaha Cruiser With K-9 Inside

OMAHA, Neb. --

An Iowa State Patrol cruiser with a K-9 inside was stolen and crashed in Council Bluffs during a traffic stop Thursday afternoon.

The dog was not injured and the thieves fled on foot but were caught about 20 minutes later, according to the ISP.
