The foundation is a wonderful group of people and with such a relatively small staff they accomplish alot. They depend on volunteers to make the Memorial Weekend work. Those volunteers are returning survivors, family members of LODD's over the years. My wife and I have been part of that group for 10 years now and we have made many, many great friends that we only see for that 1 weekend a year. Anyone that can find the time should attend the weekend at least once, you will be amazed.
