Is with deep regret and sorrow that the Town of Blooming Grove Police Department(Orange County) announces the passing of

. Sgt Kelly began his career as a uniformed member of the New York City Police Department serving from April 15, 1997 until April 10, 2001. Sgt Kelly was appointed a police officer with the Blooming Grove Police Department on April 16, 2001 and was promoted to the rank of sergeant on June 26, 2006.

Funeral arrangements:

Visitation will be held on Sunday November 23, 2008 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at the Smith Seaman Quackenbush Funeral Home,

117 Maple Ave. Monroe, NY

Funeral Mass to be held at 10:00 am Monday November 24, 2008 at St. John the Evangelist Church, 71 Murray Ave Goshen, NY

For those who wish to attend in uniform, Blooming Grove PD is requesting full dress uniform if possible.
