Well, I never saw the house in person, but judging by googlemaps and the picture from Lohud, it sounds like it...

That is the one I was thinking of. That house was like a 1500 sq foot place 5-6years ago...they quadrupled it over a few years! And then the market went to crap...oh, have they determined a cause???
