Can anyone out there tellme if you have to be a bonified active volunteer fire company in order to host a convention ( I.E.Dutchess County,Hudson Valley, or State ) ? Just curious.

not sure but i think the exempts are holding 2011 convention

Just looked at the exempts website and it reads that they have withdrawn.(I think my original question has been answered).
