Units Operating: Roosevelt, Hyde Park, Alamo (2 Ambulances), LaGrange, East Clinton, West Clinton, Pleasent Valley, Fairview, Staatsburg, Rhinebeck , Hillside, County Car 15

Description Of Incident: 2 alarm structure fire at residential dwelling

1630; Second alarm on arrival by 63-4

1632; 2nd Alarm, Fairview 41-11 t/s, Hyde Park 46-11 t/s, Hyde Park 46-12 to relocated to Roosevelt 3, Staatsburg 64-11 to relocate Roosevelt 1

1636; Per Roosevelt Command, working fire in a 1.5 story private dwelling with a walk out basement, 2 lines stretched and in operation, fire venting from attic areas on side B,C, and D, request an additional engine to scene (Pleasnat Valley) and all available manpower to scene.

1640; Roosevelt Command reports 2 victims trapped in residence, request 2 tankers and a FASTeam to the scene.

1645; West Clinton and Pleasnat Valley tankers, as well as PV FASTeam dispatched

1645; Taking Firegrounds 7/8 for water ops, 56-2 will be Water Officer, also request an additional ALS unit to scene

1650; primary search complete

1651; Roosevelt Command request DC911 transmit EVACUATION TONES on channels 3, 5, and 7.

1659; Roosevelt Command request DC Fire Investigation Division, Central Hudson, and Building Inspector to scene, as well as 63-98 to assist.

1714; LaGrange, East Clinton, Pleasant Valley, and Rhinebeck all to scene with additional tankers.

1732; Command repoerts injured firefighter at scene, ALS unit handling, request a backfill BLS unit to replace.

1734; Pleasant Valley ambulance dispatched

1743; Police agency to scene

1747; Dc911 reports a 911 abandon call from 108 Honeywell Lane,(fire building address) HPPD will check it out

1814; Command reports fire knocked down, companies are back inside overhauling.

1855; Several M/A companies clearing scene.

2126; Roosevelt clear of the scene, TOT homeowner
