Dispatch Organizations

Do any area counties have any fraternal organizations (Like the PBA) for 911 dispatchers/communications? Here in Rockland we have the ROCKLAND 911 DISPATCH ASSOCIATION and we were wondering if we were the only ones. Is anyone aware of any others? If so send me an e-mail:

Not union based, fraternal....or social.

I am from Ramapo PD and we have 17 dispatchers, but about only half are members and attend meetings.

Total membership is about 25-30 from almost every 911 agency in Rockland.

s***...it's hard enough getting full staffing to show up...social meetings would be out of the question.
